Returns & Cancellations

Our store is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product: the use in the case of skincare, smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of makeup.

SIGNATURE WAIVER: Merchandise will be shipped without requiring a signature. The customer waives their signature for delivery and takes full responsibility for any loss of delivered product

Cancellations: We are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. 

If you are not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know via email within 30 days of the date of your order placement (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). All returns require Return Authorization.  
To request Return Authorization contact customer service & provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Return Condition (Factory Sealed, Open, Defect, Damaged)
  • Return Reason
  • Serial number (for electronic and non-cosmetic items)
Return Policies:
  • Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer service.
  • Please note that cosmetic items must be unopened and unused. Return the order in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and any other materials that came with the order.  
  • Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
  • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
  • Return Authorization numbers are good for ten (10) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be discarded or refused, and no refund will be issued.
  • A one-time restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all returns to cover expenses.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must pay for all shipping costs.
  • For items on which we offer free shipping our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit.
  • For your own protection, you may wish to insure the order you are returning. If you choose not to insure the return package, all liability is yours.
  • Please check your skincare and fragrance orders carefully. Due to hygienic concerns skincare & fragrances cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • No returns for Consumables, Software, Licenses, Batteries, Printers, Printer cartridge(s), Toners, Drum units, Dock Units, unlocked phones, TVs, Memory related items & Accessories. For any defective items in these categories, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
  • No returns for the manufacturers APC, Lenovo, Ironkey, HP, Honeywell, Sony, Panasonic, Epson, Pelican, Gigabyte, InFocus, Zebra.
Discrepancy/ Damaged/ Defective Shipments:
You are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know of shipping damage, otherwise we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund for your item. We are happy to refund shipping costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error. Damaged or wrong products must be returned to our warehouse before we can ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Refused/ Unclaimed/ Undeliverable Orders: Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping charges by carrier will be passed on to the buyer. For items shipped free of charge there will be a 15% fee applied to cover the costs.
